Whether you’re looking for birth doula support, in-home childbirth education, or support creating a birth plan, I am here to assist you in your journey. Whole family support is my focus. I seek to empower mothers, fathers, partners, siblings, and newborns through emotional, physical, and practical education, as well as doula services. (Postpartum doula services are coming soon!)

Research shows that mothers and families who are supported by Doulas through birth and the first weeks postpartum are more likely to have fewer procedures, follow their birth plans more closely, have more positive memories of the experience, have a stronger start to breastfeeding, less postpartum mood disorders, bond quicker with baby, have more confidence in parenting, and overall are happier during their journey.
