Whole Hearts Doula Services was born out of a desire to love and support families and birthing people through some of the most significant moments in life .
The periods of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are a beautiful time in ones life. These can also be full of the unknown and can cause fear and trepidation for many.
Through practical support and education I hope to help families savor the beauty of these stages of life and feel prepared for the unknown.

Born and raised in Des Moines, I have recently moved back to central Iowa after living eight years in Chicago.
After a decade of nanny work and a life long passion for helping families, I transitioned to birth work in 2024. I believe that everyone should have support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I work to provide care and education that uplifts people and builds their own confidence to not just meet but thrive through the challenges of these periods in life.
I am a DONA International Professionally Trained Birth Doula, and am in the process of becoming a certified birth doula, postpartum doula, and childbirth educator.
